In 1965, Denis Laurin having completed his diploma from L’école technique supérieure de Montréal, with his business sense creates a new company dedicated to repairs, welding and the fabrication of steel refuse containers for the local market.

In 1966, introduction in the product line of the first 4 post canopy for tractors designed to protect the operator in bad weather.

In 1967, introduction in the product line of dump containers for local market trucks.

In 1968, has the opportunity to design and experiment the first tractor cab on his father's tractor who is a market farmer.

In 1969, introduction into the product line of various sized loader buckets installed on tractors for either earth or snow removal.

In 1970, the Quebec and Ontario territory was completely represented and serviced through the tractor dealers.

In 1971, introduction into the product line of earth milling machines designed to refine crude earth.

In 1972, designs and fabricates roll-bars designed to protect operators against tractor roll over.

In 1974, introduction into the environmental product line of Roll-Off/Roll-On type containers.

In 1979, all of eastern Canada was serviced.

In 1980, a major fire destroys 80% of the company's installations.

In 1982, introduction into the product line of refuse compactors and the various accessories.

In 1983, the New England territory was serviced.

In 1987, establishment of a second factory in Alexandria, Ontario.

In 1990, the western Canada territory was completely serviced and represented.

In 1994, appearance of a new generation of cabs called ‘’Vision Plus’’ which will refresh the product look.

In 1994, introduction into the product line of the first Roll-Off type truck destined to the transport of refuse containers.

In 1999, all of the United States were serviced.

In 2003, appearance of a new generation of cabs called the ‘’Eclipse’’ which received an immediate and popular market response.
